Cancellation & Late Policy

At Advanced Aesthetics Med Spa, we value our clients’ time and strive to provide the highest level of service. To ensure availability and fairness for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.


24-Hour Notice Requirement

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows our team the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.


Late Cancellations for Filler Appointments

Because filler appointments require extended provider time and preparation, the following policy applies:

  • A $100 deposit is required when booking a filler appointment.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show, the $100 deposit becomes a late cancellation fee and will be non-refundable.

This policy helps ensure appointment availability and respects the time allocated specifically for these services.
